“Not returned” describes the search result. It does not prove a SKU is absent from the store.

Bring the intended file
Select a Shopify product CSV with SKU, price, and compare-at price columns. The file stays in your browser; only the SKU values are sent to the app server for the Shopify read.
Compare current values
ShipSane searches the selected SKUs and checks exact returned variants. Partial reads stop the check rather than silently producing an incomplete receipt.
Keep the result
The designed receipt includes expected and current values, a check time, search coverage, and clear match, difference, or unverified states. Download acceptance is still being tested.

What it can tell you
For a SKU returned by the targeted search, the receipt compares current Shopify price and compare-at price with the values in your selected CSV row.
What it cannot tell you
It cannot say when a value changed, prove an import ran, or detect unrelated changes without a before-import snapshot. A SKU absent from search is labeled “not returned,” not “missing from store.”
Current input limit
The first version accepts a product CSV up to 1 MB and 1,000 SKU-bearing rows. It supports current and older Shopify CSV price header names.

Will ShipSane change my products?
No. This check uses read-only Shopify product access and does not update variants.
Does the CSV go to a server?
The selected file is parsed in the browser. Only the SKU values are sent to the app server for targeted Shopify reads.
Can I install it today?
Not yet. The merchant flow is in private development and needs more file-selection, mismatch, download, hosting, and billing verification before public release.
